The boy and the king

This is the story of a boy was very poor. The boy, father was a carpenter and earned very little money, did not go to school because he had to help him. Most of the people lived in his village were poor too.
One day the king, was riding a beautiful white horse, visited his village. The boy offered him a little box was made of wood. The king took it and asked the boy:
“Is there anything I can do for you?”
And the boy answered:
